Question Push Drawer Latches, there has to be a better way

The drawer push latches on our coach are those standard black plastic ones you see on many RV's. God, I hate those things already and I haven't even taken our RV out on an extended trip. They're difficult to pull and the knob on the drawer has square edges that dig into your hand. Has anyone found an alternative that is not a PITH (Pain in the Hand)?

I had these on all my cabinets, my wife hated to I changed all to Magnets. They work great, keep the cabinets closed during travel and they're easier to open than the latches As far as drawers go, I've had no problems with those latches but I'm sure you could figure out a way to install magnets.

why not just replace the drawer pulls with one that is round?

I replaced all my drawers with the 5 lb push latch, work great. You may have the 10 lb latch. I even installed one on on the freezer of my Samsung.

I would replace the drawer front pulls that work.
