Once it's loose push down and turn it somemore then it should lift off. I've had the rubber gascut glue its self to the filler neck, I pushed down and twisted extra hard, tore the gascut and pryed off the cap (carefully). Cleaned the neck and replaced the cap.

Had the same problem---ended up taking a small screwdriver to bend the ears on the cap. Just be careful as you pry.

Mabry,
I also have a W-20 chassis and had a problem getting the radiator cap off. Like you I could turn it about on quarter but not enough to come off. The cap has to be depressed for the last inch of turn. I couldn't get leverage on it because of air intake and overflow bottle postion. I finally just took the overflow bottle out of it's rack and was able to get enough pushing leverage to remove the cap.

Had the same problem today on a W22 chassis. After short turn counterclockwise, push down and continue around about quarter turn. While cap is off, verify radiator is full to neck. Adequate fluid in overflow tank is apparently not sufficient, per notice today from Workhorse. News to me. Explained in Taking Care bulletin from Workhorse. www.workhorse.com.
