Does anyone have part numbers for upper and lower radiator hose. Also needs part number for heater hoses on 2004 southwind

Have you tried going to your local auto parts store? If all else fails you can take the old one in and they can try to match them.

Have you tried the Workhorse web site or Chev dealer may find results there or your Southwind dealer. How come you need new hose or just for spares? "007"

For the 2004 W22 the part numbers are.

Upper Hose: W0000218
Lower Hose: W0000219
