Yes, welcome to iRV2.com. You could use a steel plate on the bottom front that will still allow air flow for the coil under the refrigerator to breath. Secure this plate to the edges of the frame of the refrigerator and to the front of the base framing you build. Use a steel angle iron (1 1/2" x 1 1/2") to secure the rear edges of the refrigerator to the base. You will be removing the front plastic vent cover to secure the refrigerator. You could make a louvered vent of wood and stain to match cabinets to cover the steel plate. You will want to block off the outside rear of the refrigerator vent to prevent air flow.
