Refrig wind deflector

We have a 2007 tropi TC330. Having occaisional problems keeping 4 dr refrig running on propane while going down the road, re-lite is no problem once we notice and stop for a rest. Is there any after market wind deflector to block the flame access to the wind for this Dometic refer. Any body tried the LED replacement for the 18" flourescent lights, do they work on 12 volt as do the original tubes

Had a similar problem on an older travel trailer. Found a furnace filter that just leaned against the cover as I shut things up. Made enough of a buffer to keep the flame going.

I replaced my incandescent bulbs with LED but not much power savings on the fluorescent so didn't bother.

Have you serviced the burner tube and orifice. (Clean burner with brush and clean out rust in burner area). You really shouldn't have issues if everything is working properly. There is always that one chance that you have a weird air flow issue, but check the burner and clean first.

On one of our prior MH's I had the same problem.... I just cut a piece of aluminum flashing to fit in there and experimented a bit with placement. It worked great.

Yes, I changed all of mine to LED. Compare lumen rating to get proper brightness for replacement. In my case, I am very satisfied with with one LED tube per 18" fixture.
