Refrigerator wont run

My refrigerator and lights wont work when using battery only. My sliders work fine as does the jacks with just the bateries. The refrig will work using the generator or shore power.

do your 12volt lights work on shore power? on shore power does your frig work on propane or just electric? what kind of converter do you have? check for a reset button on your converter, or a fuse.

Yes the lights work..everything works actually...same as when the generator is running...also, my water pump and levels check lights don't work either on battery. Where would I find the converter?

My steps also work...I found a breaker marked converter and it was fine. I turned it off and back on and nothing changed.

I used your advice about checking for a reset button. Low and behold on a little silver box on the electrical panel near the firewall was a little black button. I pressed it in and everthing came back on and is working fine. Thanks for all of your help guys!! Let me know what I need to do to complete this process.

Sounds like your Battery Disconnect switch is off - or the relay that makes it work has failed.

When using shore power or generator, your converter/charger is supplying 12v for lights and such, but without them it relies on the batteries. Your slides and jacks have their own direct connect to the batteries, but everything else passes through the Battery Disconnect relay.

Do you know where your battery disconnect switch is? What year/make/mode coach is it?
