Removing mold spots on side of RV

Does anyone know of a product that works to remove what looks like mold spots from the side of a motorhome?
Thanks Doug

Haha....I just looked this stuff up. The very first thing listed that it cleans up is "blood stains." Good to know but kinda creepy.

I always add 2-3 oz bleach to my 5G bucket of soapy water. This kills all mold and mildew on awnings, plastic trim, roof, etc. Just be sure to rinse fabrics thoroughly, as cotton thread used to sew awnings does not play well with bleach.
