If vinegar doesn't do it, I know that Bon Ami in the can is one of the best products to get water stains off of glass and it wont scratch.

I had that problem recently and the guy next to me in the RV park tried his cleaner on a small area and it worked great. The next day I went and got some for myself and did the rest of the problem area. Mix it with water, and use a soft cloth/microfiber to apply and rub. The cleaner is sold by many of the Dollar Store/Family Dollar etc. locations. The name of it is "Awesome" ...and it truly is.

Whatever you do, do it soon. Water spots will etch the paint. I have had success with vinegar if it hasn't been too long. I use an oxidation remover with the more stubborn ones.

Don't wait - do something soon to minimize damage.

3rd for awesome and bonami
i use bon ami on all the glass, followed by a wipe down with a towel dampened with diluted vinegar as i dry the glass, if froggy gets in the mix i wax the windows, but i have to be reallly ambitous

if its that reddish brown sulphur water that is found in florida, get it quick, it will stain badly,

For water deposits, you can use vinegar to dissolve most of them. The problem you will have is that sometimes the deposit will etch the surface and become permenate.

I've seen alot of post about Awesome and decided to check it out. After reading the label I decided you needed an environmental permit to use this stuff. Its primary use is for degreasing and of course it will certainly remove the wax and if you don't rinse it quickly, it may stain your paint. Just make sure you read the label.

It's called LA's Totally Awesome...and it is! Comes in a clear spray bottle. The liquid inside is sort of yellow-orange. Looks like someting you might be asked to leave at the doctor's lab.....

Sounds like you need to speak to your neighbor about being respectful when he waters. Maybe the sprinkler needs a shield?

What I used was "Totally Awesome Concentrated Cleaner Degreaser Spot Remover," apx 1/2 gallon bottle, no spray, pretty much the same color as Jim described.

I had bad water spots too until recently. I tried the vinegar suggestion but it didn't work in my case.

Never tried "Awesome", but I did end up using a Clay Magic kit, which consisted of a clay bar and spray lube. Can be had at any Auto Zone.

Worked wonderfully. Worked great on the windows as well.
