hi everyone:

time to renew my coach-net membership
received a one year membership when bought out itasca suncruiser

from the coach-net website, my account, here is the break down of the fees:
$288.50 Annual Fee
$10.00 Application Fee (one-time only, non-refundable)
$0.00 Discount
$298.50 Total

so...
(1) has anyone asked and received a discount?
(2) are the above fees what others have paid?

thanks everyone for your help
it is appreciated

regards, pdq

I see you are in Canada. In searching the Coach Net web site, they say they provide service in the U. S. and Canada, but they don't say anything about higher membership rates for Canadian residents.

According to the Coach Net web site, the 3-year fee for Coach Net Gold is $278.50, or $99.50 a year plus a one-time registration fee of $10. If you already have a membership that came with your coach, they may not charge you the $10 fee. According to the web site, the fee is already discounted from the regular price of $328.50.

I recently renewed my membership at the three year level. My account on the Coach Net web site showed zero discount and a renewal rate $30.00 more than the invoice I received in the mail several weeks prior. A phone call was all it took for them to honor the lower rate they mailed to me. The excuse was that rates had changed in the interim.

Hi pdq_bc,
Give them a call and let them know what the competition (Good Sam?) will charge you as a new customer (usually a lower rate). They may give you a lower rate to keep you as a customer.
