Replace bulb in recessed light

I am really struggling removing the glass to get to bulb ( maybe glass is bulb) any way I tried turning but do not want to breakout, any feedback would be awesome

Looks like a plug in halogen bulb.

Place a butter knife under the trim and gentle nudge.

Brass ring may turn or snap in.

Try making a trip to a well stocked lighting store and see if you can find same if you are not successful as it may be a common under counter light

My puck lights are not like that, but they turn counter-clockwise to release, then I can replace the bulb!
