I just came from the camping and RV Show in Wsst Springfield mass and there were two german fellows there from Quebec with a product called Rexoseal for rubber roofs. Had videos and material there for others to see and it looked pretty good. No need to caulk on joints or around AC etc. you paint this on and around protrusions lay a thin piece of their material around it then paint over it. Also on seems. It is some type of elastrometric substance. Tnen you paint the whole roof with like a standup brush on a long handle.
