Bob, use a brush with long exten handle on all MH's, where brush can't get to grill,tires etc use rag. If you go to "FIND" type in rv washing take off check you will find tons of info on washing everything. "007"
Ditto ... I prefer the long extendable-handle brush that is made for washing tall vehicles. It does a great job, and no damage to full-body paint. I have a smaller similar brush I use on my wheels, and also a large car washing sponge if needed. I also a large car washing sponge for hand-rubbing any stubborn bug splatter on the front
