I fully agree - just wash it (spick-n-span being the only cleaner you need) and leave it alone - inspect again in the spring.
Don't pressure wash it.

Don: I just did my roof....I use Liquid Roof.... it like Dicor...is a two part rubber based curing product. It is as thick as tooth paste.... You mix in a curing agent and you have about 35-40 min of working time per batch. I used a low nap roller (a squeegee was recommended but I hated it) I hand brushed around fixtures and rolled out the open places. The stuff works like magic. It took a nasty rubber deteriorated roof membrane and gave it more life span. I believe that I can get another 3-4 seasons from the roof or more if I really want. But...if you are facing a replacement decision...you must weigh the effort, cost and longevity of what you are repairing. I will need to replace this EPDM roof membrane in a few seasons....just not now. I bought myself some time to think on how i want to handle this.

Thank all you guys for your input, it does mean a lot. That's what I like about IRV2. It's not some dales person is RV'ers talking to RV'ers. Everyone has a input no one gets upset and you go from there. So again thank you all.
