At least they are saving a lot on dock
fees and they will be ready for the great flood.

Looks like it's on a regular trailer designed for hauling pontoon boats, or a standard flat-bed trailer adapted for that. Those would be fully street-legal.

I don't think the golf car parked in front will tow it. Also I think the boat/RV is going to have septic problems. We lived on a boat for 12 years and septic is a major a problem, you just can't dump the tanks any where.

I think that's a great idea. If you could set up the boat like an rv with typical black and grey tanks and plumbing, and rv standard electric hookups, why not? Big pickup to pull the trailer, no toad to worry about. Get to a river or lake and find a ramp.

Hard to tell for sure in the pic, but typically houseboats in that length are 10' wide, and often 12' or 14'. They don't typically spend much time on the road.

A narrower boat like that, something more easily trailered, is not going to like a wave coming from the side much at all - especially if equipped with upper deck amenities like a lot of them are. It'll be rock and roll time for sure, much like a motor home striking an unexpected curb entering/exiting a driveway. Anything loose on a counter or tabletop will end up on the floor.
