rv slides

i have a 2000 Winnebago adventurer. in the massive folder there are instructions on how to retract the big front slide but nowhere have I seen how to retract the bedroom slide. btw we have a 35u. unlike the front I cannot see the tracks and/or get to them to grease them. earlier this summer the room was moved out alil and left there. I can go under the hood up front and feel and hear the solenoid clicking but no movement. I tried moving it out alil then in and alil out with someone rocking it from outside and it doesn't even try to move inward.
like I said the pump is working and the solenoid is clicking. tkz for any help you all may have.

open the 2 valves manually and push the bedroom slide in by hand. it is hard to do by yourself.
I installed a fitting on the metal facing strip between the closet and bed.
I used a 2X4 outside the emergency exit window to attach a ratchet strap to bring the slide in.
clear as mud
