Schwintek Slideout

I have a 2016 Winnebago Class A with 3 Schwintek slidesout-
Have had some problems with the heavy slide- out of time- and comes out when moving- about 4 inches- Dealer was no help- Schwintek told me Winnebago put too much weight on this slide- They have a fix-and- They are shipping the parts and sending a mechanic to fix my RV- RV is only 2 months old- Hope this is a good fix- I hear a lot of problems with the Schwintek slides here-

There are some including me that experience a problem with these things. My big slide failed because a guide wheel jammed and I was told that it was bad from the factory and needed to be shimmed. After all new track rails and motor it has worked perfectly and no other problems with the others. These motors are very strong and if the slide is in correctly they should not have problems moving them. Let us know how your fix worked out.
