Securing euro chairs?

We have removed our jack knife bed with 2 euro chairs.Recently saw new Bounder with floor brackets on base to secure them to floor.Can anyone tell me where we can purchase these brackets?(They were not drilled through the base & into the floor)

I removed mine so I could move the chair around easily. Have been in a highway accident and the chair didn't move. Many more things to kill me than that chair.

My Euro recliner never moved and it was not secured.
