Securing Norcold wood cover on freezer

My Norcold freezer door has the nice wood veneer cover and yesterday I noticed that one side of the cover is just a little loose. Inside the door is a white plastic cover. I do not know how to remove it. I want to access the screws that hold the wood cover on so I can retighten them. Has anyone done this before?
Any advice you could offer would be much appreciated.

Mine has the stainless steel facing. You take the door off the refrigerator (to make it easier, or leave it on and do it in place) and then there are press on molding pieces along each side of the door. These will peel off easily. This gives you access to the door cover. Mine had some double faced holding the facing in place but I could pull the facing out or realign it. Then I pressed the molding covers back on and was done.
