We needed some service on the front slide of our '04 DSDP and contacted East Valley R/V Service Center in Mesa. What we found was quite refreshing in today's world. They made an appointment for us at 10 A.M.-we arrived at 9:45 and by 10 they had written up the service order and our coach was in a bay. They estimated that it would be 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours and if it had not been for lunch hour 12 to 1 they would have been pretty much on the money-we were out of there just after 1:30.

Their shop was spotless, they were friendly and courteous, they were respective of our coach, the pricing was responsible and most important my problem was fixed right the first time.

For those of you in need of serice while in the Phoenix area they are located at the corner of Crismon Road and Apache Tril (Main St.) in Mesa.

I have no affiliation with these folks; but, today we hear so much about the negative service we all seem to experience I thought I would share my positive experience, Ken, Crossville, TN...
