Service RECOMMENDATION-Central MS

Moderators, please move if there is a better forum for this post.

Just N. of Jackson, Ms. and right off I-55 is the location of Dependable RV Services : www.dependablervservices.com where I took my coach this morning in hopes of finding the cause of a poorly performing basement A/C unit. What I experienced there, while dealing with managing partner Gary Patterson, was just shy of remarkable. I can honestly say I've NEVER been treated better .

Not only did they do as they promised in a timely and efficient manner, but they also said "yes Sir, we can fix that too while you are here" when I introduced other problems that had developed since making the original appointment. They repaired and then adjusted my main slide-out room, and FIXED a non-flushing toilet, too! All of this work was performed with efficient courtesy inside a first-class insulated building in less than half of 1 day. Their charges were resonable, and I already have another appointment for the removal and FIX which my A/C unit badly needs.

If you find yourself in Central MS in need of quality repairs, give Gary a call @ 601-853-3606. I'm a VERY satisfied customer, not their PR man. Ed

UPDATE: I took the coach in for the removal and repair of the basement AC. Gary and the staff at DEPENDABLE RV SERVICES got the problem Freon leak located and repaired. It appears the unit is functioning as designed now, which is a noticable improvement. When I arrived to PU the coach I found it plugged in, with the AC running, and received a detailed explanation of exactly what they found wrong and what was done to repair it in the cool comfort of the RV.

Their charges for the R&R (plus re-installation and checking the rear duct for leaks), were very reasonable IMO. I am pleased to report I'm STILL able to recommend them for coach service needs, just as I did in the OP above. Ed
