I have to admit that the allure of a new paint job is calling me. But I need some inspiration from the creative folks out there who have been there, done that. Please post pics of your after market paint jobs!

If possible include a before and after pic. and if you feel like it, include a kudos or warning for the place you had it done. Also if you feel you got a particularly good deal let us know that also as I know I won't get my money back out of it, it would be just for fun.

Thanks!
Michelle

LOL! No thanks, not doing any work of any kind for end users. I spent a good many years in a 'service' type business and found that most people are just downright hateful and unappreciative, complain about the simplest of things for no reason. I honestly think many of them hire things out to get done so they'll have something to 'complain' about.

Here's my coach - 95' Dynasty. Only pictures I've got on this computer is right before clear. Updated the front end as well, BMW headlights (same ones used on Alpines). Lots of work! Lots of labor hours! Lots of money!
How do you put a price tag on a good time!

InfinityJim,

Wow, great job! I'm impressed that two folks have done it themselves. I'll probably have to go to Mexico...

I love the graphics and color on mine but am thinking if I pay for a paint job I'll want to jazz it up some.

My advice is to start looking at every coach until you find one you like and start with that design & modify for your coach. The easy part is prepping and getting into primer, the hard part is laying out the design. On mine we had an entire week and many rolls of tape for 2 guys to get the layout on. Cost was huge, just having the supplies delivered to the shop was over $5000, and we have a mix bench so we saved mixing ourselves.

Sad but true...you are so right....I keep hoping I won't get that way as I get older...don't want to have the old and grumpy title....

ALL you guys have real talent - absolutely GREAT work and design!

Sure wish my '88 Winnie was worth the $$$ and effort - but it's primarily a cheapie fishing boat tow-er for camping in relatively remote eastern Oregon lake CG's...
