Just had a Shurflo Comfort air fan, gold series, installed. I am not sure it is operating correctly. When I turn it on to circulate air I do not detect much air movement. In fact, the only movement I do detect is when I put my hand about six inches away from the periphery of the fan blades. Maybe that's ok. It just seems to me that, given the size of the blades, I should be feeling a larger volume of air being moved.

Has anyone else had this experience? Thanx.

vent fan

Your vent has a variable speed control and can flow out or in. Have you varied the speed control for a faster speed or reversed the flow in or out? Your model does not have the temp control so your have to adjust the speed yourself.

We have used the Shurflo Air Fan for just a year in our 35' gasser. True, you can't feel much air flow but believe me, it is effective! We use it with one or two electric (750/1500 watt) heaters or with the forced air furnace. It circulates the heated air without drafts, ensuring complete coverage throughout the front living area of the coach. We wouldn't leave home without it!!!
