Slide adjustment

I have a 99 Harney. These are kind of different with the slide, as they retract completely flush to the wall. There is no overlap. The slide compresses a seal inside the opening. OK.

Well my slide is not compressing the seal on the top left. The bottom left appears to be coming in past flush a bit. The right side seems ok.
Any advice on where to start with this? I suppose the wall itself could be tweaked a bit. The mechanism is a gear drive. The slide rides on teflon strips, and it is sitting on all three strips evenly.

If I keep the bottom left from coming in as far, I fear that will make the top left even worse. Not the best design, but it's what I have to deal with.

I would first start with insuring that the gaskets are all in good condition and replace if need be. If you still have an issue check the timing of the room and squareness and adjust accordingly.

Seals were my first stop, and they look good. They were loose in a few places, so I used adhesive to secure them. Just not sure how to make adjustments on this system.

Pretty good article here

But I don't see those adjustments on mine. I need to look again.

When there is no pressure (not fully out or in) on the slideout flanges, are the distances from the wall to the corners all the same or not? What brand name is on the slideout motor? Can you post photos of the mechanism?

I should have measured the distance, but didn't. It's a little harder in the barn but I will get a chance. I looked all over for a name, but didn't find one. It has a square shaft with a pin in it to connect the sides. There are rollers and a gear that pushes a rack in and out. There is a left and right adjustment right at the wall, but nothing up and down, and nothing at the inboard side. I almost can't believe they build them that way. Seems like all I would have to do is lower the inboard rail on the side where the top is loose.
