Slide Gasket Lubricant?

What is the best lubricant to use on the outside rubber gaskets of a slide?

Winnebago recommended cornstarch to me several years ago. I tried it and found it made the seals too slippery to "flip" as the slide moves out, and made the slide walls a little dusty. I've never put anything else on the seals after that one-time experiment. After nearly 7 years of full-timing they still look and work great
