Slide out corner Trim

Well I have just about given up on finding a slide out corner trim that is 5 1/2 in by 5 1/2 inch. this is for the sun room on my 2004 Gulfstream sun voyager. So now I have been looking at what I might make one out of. I see that on Amazon you can purchase flat sheets of ABS material that is 12 inchs square.by 1/8 inch thick. I should be able to cut this stuff. What you think?

Home depot does not have any trim parts that size in the fancy molding department?

Slide Trim

Let us know how you make out. I'm missing two pieces off the slide of my 2007 BT Cruiser. Must have been the same guy sniffing the glue at the factory.
