Slide out Problems

The slide will go when switch for out is pushed, but when you push in
it won't responed.
I switched the wires around and still dosen't work so its not the switch
tested for power its ok.
I went under after removeing one of the compartment bins so I could have a good look around, and found three relays under a black cover which had
some familular wire colors.
I plan on testing the relays as it show how to in wiring manuel.
Any other ideas are Welcome
Don

I believe that since the switch is open on both in and out moves the switch is probably bad. Changing the wires does not change the switch mode.Takes both sides for the movement to complete

On my last MH I had one of the relays go bad so the slide would go out but not retract. Fortunately I had two slides that used the same relay controller and there were next to each other so I swapped the connector to the other controller and operated the slide with the other switch until I could replace the bad one.

After alot of searching and testing, I decided to start at the begining battery compartment and test the red wire for power, well I found 2 red wires 1 had power and the other no power so peeled back the covering and there was a splice 2 red to 1.
I opened up the joint and the splice was a corroded, took covering off and wires fell apart. Hopefully this will solve this problem . I'll have to wait to get a proper connect
for 3 # 10 wires.
Don ps Thanks for all the ideas
