Slide room mattresses
Is there any reason why a queen slide room mattress is so narrow? My Minnie is 60 inches wide but would handle 65-66.

I think a standard Queen mattress us 60 x 80 inches. A King is larger.

A queen mattress is 60 x 80, on RV's with slide out the base is made have room for mattress to move.
