I don't know how long I've had this leak, but it finally showed up at the bottom of the slide. The front leading edge of the bottom fiberglass sheet has pulled away from the corner dressing leaving a gap approximately 15" long and about 1/4" wide at the widest point.

I resealed everything on top. I also took the dressing off the slide awning (Carefree) and inspected that area. The center lag bolt that secures the dressing to the side of the slide showed signs of wetness on the threads that penetrated the side. I also applied a liberal dose of caulk to this point as there was none.

The leak is gone. Now I am looking for the best way to resecure the bottom panel. There has been water damage inside the wall and I'm not sure if filling the void with an epoxy type of glue and clamping it closed will accomplish a long term fix.

Any suggestions/ideas will be greatly appreciated.
