Well at least I think it's slow. First MH and only rented another. My grey water could take about 20 or more minutes to drain with the blade fully opened. The black comes screaming out so it hubby there might be an issue. I know the black vents but wasn't sure about the grey.

Any ideas or things to try? TIA

Give us a description of your coach. That will help to give you more accurate information.
On the roof you should have at least two vents. One for the black tank and one for the grey tank. Check to make sure they are both clear. You can just pull the vent cap off and look down the pipe for starts.

If the gray is running slow I would bet on it being plugged with grease and probably try a shot of drain cleaner before my next dump. YMMV.

Good point. You might want to try this product. I used the Extreem in both tanks shortly after I bought my coach because the sensors were not working properly. Used as directed, it fixed the problem and since then I have used Happy Campers exclusively with no more tank issues. In addition to Amazon, I think Ace Hardware sells it also. Scoop for scoop, it is less costly than anything else and does a great job.

Grey tank maintenace is usually over looked as we focus on the black tank--oders and clogs are the likely result. Beside regular "treatment," the problem with most grey tank configs, if stacked, is that the black tank is on top so gravity helps with draining. The grey is often on the bottom so it drains horizonally at best--so keep it clean!

Dawn dish soap (a good amount) and Hot water. Works for us. That stuff cuts thru anything.

It's a 2014 Fleetwood Bounder 35k. While on the subject, I get a slight leak in the back of my (brand new) clear 45° elbow. The way the grey comes out...it rolls down the back of the elbow. I might try some silicone lube on the seal.

Thanks for the tip on the Extreme. I haven't added anything to the tanks since I bought it a month ago.

I've never heard of a grey tank valve clogging, but I'm sure it's possible. The Happy Camper Extreme may do the job. Have you thought of running a small "snake" from the outside back into the grey tank discharge pipe?

X2 on the snake sounds like you've got something large stuck in the pipes.

Try this next time. As the grey is draining open the black also and see if it speeds up. Our grey tank drains slower as the drain pipe is much smaller and does not let enough air pass. Soon as black is cracked this lets the grey flow much quicker.

I tried that and it didn't help. During the last dump, I thought the grey tank was nearly empty (due to time) and so I dumped the black. Had the DW check the tanks and black was empty and grey was 2/3rd.

I'm going to fill my grey with hot water and Extreme and dump it at home. Once my black tank opens, I'm not into diagnosing this anymore. I'll work with grey only at home.

Got the Extreme, 20 hour delivery from Amazon already.

Those of you with Extreme experience do you recommend making sure to get it out of the tank with 24hours? Was thinking of trying to tie the flush in with a camping trip that will drive and shake the system.

No problem. When I park inside, I use the regular with some water and let it sit for weeks. There is nothing in this product that will harm your plumbing. Some say you can drink it but I'm not going to be the one trying that😎
