Models 4037 in the Vantana and 4018 in the Dutch Star methinks. Bath and a half, full wall drivers side slide.

Not new of course, but in the mid 2000s Country Coach had a 37' Allure with a tag. Still a relatively modern coach and nice looking.

2005 Country Coach Allure 37' Priced at $ 149500

And in the 2000s, Monaco made 38' Dynasty tag axle coaches.

Some of the older gas-powered MH's had a tag axle, like the 36', 1998 National RV

Most of the gas MH's had tags because they used 16" wheels, tags were the only way to have any CCC.

Not any different than with diesels. A tag axle is added when the drive axle lacks sufficient weight carrying capacity for the back end of the house. That's the only reason it is ever added, despite what some people seem to think. These days, that means a weight that exceeds 23,000 lbs (the legal max for a single rear axle on a bus or RV), but back in the early-mid 90's the largest gas chassis was still only about 12,000 lbs max on the rear axle, so a tag was used to get more capacity and provide a decent NCC.

An aside, folks who have a tag says it rides better and steers better than a single.
