Smartwheel Clockspring?

Hey guys, I have searched this site looking for a place to get the clockspring mechanism for a smartwheel. I have a 2012 Fleetwood Providence. I looked at every article I could find and searched several sites calling some but have not been able to find one. If you know of someone please give me a company name and phone number. Thanks joe.
