Solution to Jacks not retracting

Recently, my Power Gear Jacks would not retract. We had to disconnect the three lines and dump the fluid, which let the springs bring them up. We took it to a repair shop and they found the problem: an in-line fuse about 2 feet down the harness from the pump -- the fuse holder had corroded and was not making contact. Everything is up front on my unit, and takes all the rain, salt, etc. My uniit is a 2000 National Sea View, and even though not many of you have one like this, many have Power Gear Jacks, so I hope this might help someone.

Thanks Charlie. I have a good friend that has that same model. I'll pass it on.

I have a 15A fuse in a rubber boot near the pump but that I believe just feeds the control panel for the jacks. The circuit breaker is a 40 A and on the Lippert jacks you just follow the red + battery cable from the connectors at the pump and it is about 18" away from the pump mounted to the frame. Here are 2 pictures of it after I reset it. When it trips it looks like an "L".
