RJRnDIR, Welcome to IRV2
The answer to all your questions is yes.
The coach MFG's are the biggest problem with the heat problems and not allowing enough air into the spark plug areas. Down in the Workhorse Forum you will find many answers to questions you may have.
I have same yr Newmar you have and no problems with heat
You can do us all great service if you will post your coach info in your sign-profile block 2nd page of profile. If you like I can also make you a member of the Newmar forum, just ask its for free.
Enjoy the forums and thanks for posting any further ?'s just ask. "007"
