Can anyone tell me where and how to get to the filter for the dryer? It is in bedroom of my 2004 Itasca Horizon 40AD.

Mine is located on the front lower right side. It is for both the washer and the dyer. Open the door and turn the round cap CCW. It is best to put the washer in its final spin cycle to prevent water from spilling out when you remove the cap. Run the filter under running water and replace. That should do it...
I Stand Corrected.. The filter is on the top left rear.

On mine the dryer filter is on the top left hand side. Mine has an access plate that has to be removed to get to the filter. The washer filter is on the lower right side. It unscrews counter clockwise to remove. The dryer filter just lifts out from the top.
