Bought new W Journey about 3-mths ago. Had stain under front clear mak. Dealer said he would fix. He claims that Winnebago and 3M who apply the mask can't agree on the fix. Where do I go? How long do I have to wait? Ugh.

Bill, welcome to the irv2.com forum. Sorry you are having issues with your rig. I might recommend you email Bryan Funke at Winnebago. Bryan is a supervisor in their service administration area and has been very helpful in many cases. His email is bfunke@winnebagoind.com

3M has an excellent rep for standing behind their clear mask films - I know of one where they are replacing a 3 year old job because of one blemish! Therefore I'm guessing they think the problem is in the underlying paint job rather than the 3M film.

Has anybody from 3M seen the problem first hand? You might go direct to 3M and get them to pursue it for you - they want happy customers.
