remember this guys.... If you have Steer Safe (like me) If you ever have your coach towed they will most likely remove the Steer Safe so they can hook up to your front axle ....If they re install it they will usually put it back on wrong or with no tension on the springs and they fall off. CHECK BEHIND THEM ON THIS ...
Also, As to ''wearing out the Steer Safe'' due to ''rust''? or dirt ? or age I seriously doubt this. Mine is ten years old on a coach with over one hundred thousand miles on it and mine still works fine and it is not RUSTY... It is easily cleaned as it is on the front axle right in front of the coach. Just ''squirt'' and go.. No problems

I have steer safe. There fame to claim when compared to safe t plus is steer safe is mounted directly to the where safe t plus mounts to the tie rod. So, they both do the same thing, keep your wheel straight for blow, out reduce shimmy & some vibration. I think steer safe will reduce wear on your tie rods. Not interfere with a track bar. by the way I have a new davis track bar if any needs one. I ordered the wrong one.
