I used to have the jack sticking problem primarily on the right rear. No more. As a standard practice, when leaving I spray all 4 jack shafts w/WD-40 without wiping anything and hit the retract button. All store in one minute or less.

You can buy alot of WD-40 for what it costs to overhaul the leveling jacks!!

Same here...my HWH's are 15 years old. We use WD40 after they've been in use weekend or longer. I use a tarp and get in sprayer range and shoot the 90 degree piston and of course the main piston. No problems and all retract within 10 seconds.
