My friends and I are toying with the idea of forming an llc and building a large storage building for our rv's.. 4 larger Class A's.. and were wondering if anybody out there had done this ...pictures and costs would be appreciated

Crud! I saw one ov these on a recent visit to a friend's property near Visalia, CA. It was about 50'x200' and was called something like "RV Storage Club" or something like that. Maybe he can take some pics for me the next time he goes up there.

I would imagine that the "fractional owners" could put up equal amounts to buy, permit and build it since it would be cheaper than building your own. The one I saw had either 8 or 10 individual bays built in one long metal building. I think they just put up non-bearing partition walls out of steel studs and drywall to separate the spaces. Each had it's own large roll-up door and the whole thing was on a nice concrete slab with an 8' high razor wired fence and electric entrance gate and lighting around the perimeter.
