The passenger side seat(Flexsteel 6-way power seat with power foot rest) in my coach has two belt retractors. The one for the lap belt is stuck(the belt won't pull out). Any ideas on how to free one of these or am I stuck with buying a new one?

I had that happen to the lap belt on our '03 coach, it happened when I was at the Gulf Stream factory for other service.
They said it was broken internally and just just replaced it.

Thanks to the tip that one of the techs at Wildwood gave me, I removed it from the seat and opened it up. All that was wrong with it was the belt was folded over on itself as it rewound. I was able to release it and straightened it out and rewound it on the reel and it worked.
