I have a 2006 Monarch SE. Last weekend, while I was traveling from the campground to the storage area, I was driving along, fat, dumb, and happy, when I glanced in the rear view mirror. Much to my suprise, I saw something flapping in the breeze. I later discovered that it was the tail light assembly. As soon as I was able to, I pulled off the road. When I went to the back of the coach, all that was there was about 4 feet of wire. I could not recover the tail light assembly. I checked toe other tail light and it almost fell off in my hand. I was able to secure it so it is on tight. Seems strange thet it took 8 months to fall off. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I called Monaco and asked if it was under warranty since I had only owned the coach for about 8 months. I was told no. I than called the parts section and ordered the part while explaining my story. The parts person told me they thought it was under warranty and transfered me back to a tech. I again explained my story and was told I had to take it to a dealer before it could be determined if it was a warranty issue. This would be about a $75.00 trip(fuel)as well as a day off at work. The cost of the part was about $85.00 including shipping, so I opted to pay for the part. As soon as it arrives, I will try to figure which wires go where, they are all the same color. I will probably call tech support. Hope I get someone who can help, and wont tell me I have to take it to a dealer.

Sorry this is so long, but I had to get this off my chest.

Tail lamp assy. just push into rubber grommets.
On our Monarch I put some silicone adhesive on the upper push pins to hold better.

Grommets. That's really secure. Guess we know why the tail light fell off. BTW, the tail light assembly is a 2004-2006 Dodge Ram.

Forgot to add. A 2007 Dodge Ram will also fit but the wiring is different. Been thinking of replacing the factory tail lights with LED lights.
