I just purchased a 1998 Newmar Kountry Star motorhome with a gas v8 engine. A book and video came with it as well as booklets on all of the appliances, but I can't find the fresh water, gray water, and black water holding tank capacities anywhere. Does anyone out there have an RV like this and do you know how much these tanks hold?

You might contact Newmar directly with your question. I had a similar question on my Georgie Boy and the factory still had the original spec sheet for my model (and they didn't make may of them.) They faxed it to me. It covered not only the tank capacities but all of the standard feature and option lists. It has turned out to be a very helpful.

wfederle, welcome again your black tank will be 50 gal, gray 50 gal, fresh water two 40 gal tanks split between chassis rails, connected by 1 1/2 inch tubing. If you look closely you may find a stamping on side of tanks. Please post your coach info in your sig-profile it will be easier for you and us. Don't you have the Ford V-10 engine? If you posted your questions on the Newmar forum below you will be contacting the Newmar owners everyone does jump around tho. You can also become a member of Newmar forum free of charge. "007"
