Question Tank Probes

Which is better for the black tank probes. The Sea Level II or the Horst Probes. I just installed the Horst probes and still have the problem. Must be in the wiring. Always reads empty but the tank was spotless cleaned and refilled with water for test. Other tanks read right. Does anyone know what the voltage should be at probes or panel? Don't have any info on circuit.

If the problem is the wiring, it doesn't make any difference whether you use the Horst internal probes or the See Level external sensor strips. If you installed the See Level with the same bad wiring, it still wouldn't work, right?

I have the See Level and recommend them.
