Try going in through the parent company, Howard Aviation in San Antonio. It's a round about method but may eventually get you to the people you seek.

Howard (River City Products) is out of business. There is one employee, Sam Kopecky. Sam is on duty to handle warranty claims. Call 800-879-4277. A recording will give you the chance to leave your phone number. It might take a day or two but Sam will call you back and discuss your situation.

Thanks for the name and phone # re Howard Steering. Do you have a regular phone # with area code as the 800 one does not work in Canada. thanks again, regards, Clare

The only other number I have is 210-377-0853. If this does not work, private message your contact information to me. I will call Sam, for you, and leave your contact information for him to contact you.

At one time, Iron Horse RV in San Antonio, 210-657-1996 was doing Howard installations.

Don't think they still are but they might have info on parts availability.

I have a Howard Steering system since 2001 I LOVE IT
we had to have the coach towed in and they distroyed my cylinder 10A001-12-H , the coach came loose and distroyed the cylinder
Does any one know where I can get a new or a used cylinder.
I had a high presser switch and I ran 195 lbs of air and I wanted more air to get it to hold more on my Freightliner Chassis
I have driven since it was removed and I do not like driveing the coach at all, without the Howard Steering
