I have tried most methods of removing the squeaking television while traveling down the highway. I have removed the front frame and put lubricant between it and the face member. I have propped the television to be more solid to eliminate the vibration. Nothing has total kept the noise from sounding off. Quite irritating when traveling all day down the road. Any other suggestions without replacing the t.v. Thanks.

What model/year of tv is it? I had a Panasonic tube set in our '05 Jamboree class C that was really squeaky down the road. I found that the friction between the lower tube and the plastic frame was the problem. I put some spray silicone along the lower edge of the picture tube, and presto! No more squeak...after a few hundred miles of truoble shooting- we finally found it!

They cabinets that hold the tv are made from lots of separate pieces at each joint it could rub and squeak then put you heavy tube tv in the mix. Some manufacturers don't support cabinets very well. Without removing tv and make sure it's supported try tightening every screw you can find even the one behind wooden plugs.

I have fought with our front TV in the Journey for six years, trying to silence squeaks and rattles, to no avail. Now its all quiet because I went deaf.

We also have an '04 Monaco product and fought that battle for a year...
You have the 75 lb. Sony "boat anchor"?? If so, will probably never git rid of all the squeeks. A 32" flat screen that weighs 25-28 lbs will fit the hole and no more squeeks.
PS - We also replaced the same tv in the bedroom and between the two, gained a total of 100 lbs for other things and also lost the two "head bangers".
It's a worthwhile project should you ever decide to undertake it....

Try finding rubbing points and us that self stick rubber "gasket stuff?.
And for such squeeks I have found using candle or bees wax works. If you can get to the squeek.

Did the same as Puttin, except sprayed WD40 along the bottom of the glass, allowed it to sink in for a few minutes then cleaned the screen with windex. Never another squeek.

38 Rambler.....Replace the front shocks with Koni FSD's and you'll eliminate mosy of your television noise. I have an 05 and had a similar condition that made me crazy. I removed the TV and added some more metal bracing inside that big box. I later replaced the front shocks so that RR8R chassis wasn't such a bucking bronco. That fixed most of the issues.

Evenyually, I replaced the TV with a 32" Sony that fit right in the opening. I know you said you don't want to replace the TV, but you can work on the squeaks all you want, they won't go away with that 75 pound chunk of junk in there.
