Therford toilet rebuild.

I need to rebuild the water valve on my thereford Toilet, any ideas where to purchase a kit and instructions ?

Plastic or porcelain? Post a picture of it here and someone will recognize it. Many of the parts are interchangeable between model's.

Your toilet may have 3 different kits needed to make a complete repair job.
A flush ball seal for inside the bowl, a flush valve, and a vacuum breaker. When you have the toilet off it's base, might as well replace all 3 so you don't have to repeat the process anytime soon. ( I may not have used the correct terms for these 3 kits)
Not a hard job. Took me about 1 hour, start to finish.

Not the same model as my old TT had. I found an assemble that replaced pretty much all the guts. A lot of the fasteners and rods that were pretty far gone . swelled with rust starting to distort plastic, seals all going bad. Would of made it a pain in butt to rebuild. I think I found it on eBay relatively cheap, Amazon wasn't huge back then.
