Thermal "Pain" Windows
I understand there is a way to remove condensation between thermal "pain" windows. Does anyone know the trick?

I assume you misspelled "pane" for a reason?

After 11+ years ours are still doing just fine! Others can't say that though!

what kinda rv do u have? you can update your signature block to include this info.
you can use the search function of this forum to find companies that do this repair.
you can also replace the window.
i broke out the inner window pane on my rf window and sealed the remaining window pane with silicone sealant.
i can see my rh outside mirror now. how i did this should be in the archives of this forum.

Remove, clean - re-seal and re-install
C.R. Laurance sells the 3mm filler and sealant for the panes
The panes have air inside them they are not filled with gas like residential units.
Essentially you disassemble them, clean them, install new super spacer strips which contain a desiccant to remove humidity. Then you press them together and seal with a sealant.
It cost me about $120 to do the four large windows (2 panel per window, four panes (four windows 16 glass panes)

I did not find anything on the C.R. Laurence website for repairing dual pane windows. Do you have a specific web address for your parts? I have 3 windows in need of repair too.

The link below is to a rather lengthy post with pictures of how I resealed my window. It has some references to sources of supply also.
If you tackle the job yourself, be sure to use new spacers between the panes as it contains a chemical to help keep thing dry.

You need an account to log in.
If you don have one:
This is the spacer -CRL Gray 3/16" Edgetech Super Spacer (About $36.00 for 66 feet)
This is the sealant - CRL Black Silicone Foam and Metal Spacer I.G. Sealant (About $6.00 per tube)
With the above I believe you can get it from other sources such as Amazon
That some time and elbow grease and you'll have fixed windows.
Good luck!
