Keep mine on all the time while home and parked in the shed. Sometimes I even keep a few drinks in it to keep from having to go back in the house when working in my adjacent shop.

We run our frig all spring, summer, and fall. Only turn it off for winterizing. It is run in electric mode when parked in our back yard.

Our 5th wheel is in covered storage with 30 amp service available when we're not using it. Unless we've defrosted it, we'll keep the rig plugged in and the fridge running between trips. If we've defrosted it, we'll leave it off until a few days before we leave when we'll turn it on and let it cool down before we load it for the trip.

We shut down and dry it after each trip. Why waste the energy if you are not going to be using it?

I turn our's off, too. It's expensive to run on electricity.

I turn mine off, clean and dry it, prop open the door. That's between trips, if it will be stored for longer periods I will fill the inside with crinkled up old newspapers to help absorb moisture. Keeps out the mold!

Don't know, our mh has not sat long enough without use to make that decision in the 2 years we have owned it. It has only sat for 2 one week intervals.

On 24/7/365. Use it or lose it. The ice maker is off unless we are using the rig.

Being retired and snowbirds ours stays on. We do not empty non perishables from it so we are ready to go. Just add the perishables and it is ready.
