My tiny 22'er has big tanks for it's size:

70 gallon fresh
35 gallon black
37 gallon gray
6 gallons in the WH

25' fresh water hose
55' of 3" sewer hose
25' hardwired shore cord + 25' extension

City water is turned off and pressure relieved whenever someone isn't in the MH. I had one leak inside right after the city water connection point, luckily it hadn't leaked much. Had another leak in the short gravity fill hose to the tank, topped off the fresh water and it was pouring out of the storage compartments. First time I ever went to dump the sewer hose did its best impression of swiss cheese, luckily it was a set of two and the second half was still good. I still wonder why the previous owner even included that bad sewer pipe.

I coil them and use those bungee things with the ball to keep them together. It is a PITA to carry that much stuff but it allows me to spend time in interesting places without having to move.

80 Fresh
6 Hot

40 Gray
40 Black

2 -25 ft white drinking water hoses, and a 10 ft heavy duty blue drinking water hose, that is the one I mostly use, along with a stand alone water filter with a 5 ft braided hose to connect to the faucet.

30 ft 50 amp hard wired power cord, I also have a 30 ft 50 amp extension I rarely travel with unless I know will need it, and a 25 ft 30 amp extension. I have found most campgrounds with poorly located power posts tend to only have 20 or 30 amp connections, so a long 50 amp cord is generally of limited use. I also occasionally carry a 12 AWG 20 amp 100 ft cord if I know I may be parking in a friends driveway, etc.
