Recently purchased an 2006 Tropical LX and need to hook up trailer brakes. I found the wire at the back of the motorhome and found the wire in the compartment outside, under the driver's seat. This has a 30 amp fuse and a red colored wire that says brake. This goes out the front of the compartment with a mass of other wires. Does anyone know where this wire comes out under the dash or where I can hook into it for my brake controller? Thank you in advance for your help.

I don't know what chassis you have, but a ford f53, and a freightliner both have harnesses under the dash.
