Transmission oil cooler fix for 2002 Holiday Rambler Diesel Pusher

Have a 2002 H R Endeavor 330 Cummings - 6 spd Allison - oil cooler in back has fine hair line crack - had it alum welded once with the problem reoccurring -any aftermarket thoughts or just replace it - 70,000 miles on the coach with no temp problems -

If it cracked twice there may be a vibration problem there.

I noticed that the rubber grommets where stacked both on the same side of the brackets together instead of being split having no cushioning effect apparently since the manufacture date of 2002 - hopefully now corrected --
